“Creating a sustainable future through our eco-smart technology.” That’s the myenergi mission.
They create award-winning renewable energy products, made right here in Britain – about 20 miles from our office, in fact! The relentless passion of the ‘Green Team’ has seen them grow exponentially in the last few years and their zappi, eddi and harvi market-leading products can be found across the globe.
With increased investment and a growing team, myenergi were looking to increase brand awareness and web traffic to green-conscious web users.
They wanted to keep the website fresh and updated with content that spoke to renewable energy enthusiasts and was on-trend with the latest news and information.
Their website and brand were undergoing a revamp, so we focused on creating optimised blog content that combined a mix of company, industry and product news.
We spent half a day in their offices learning all about the team and what makes myenergi tick before mapping out a blog schedule that would drive traffic and interest in myenergi products and the overall brand.
From there, we got to work creating the content, optimising for search engines (ranking 2nd on the SERP immediately for one blog) and reporting on progress each month.
At the end of the first six months, with the website and rebrand complete, these are the website numbers:
- 8.8% of entrances direct to the blogs
- 6.8% of total page views on the blogs
- Average time on blog page – 02:16 (minutes:seconds)
- Web users – an increase of 60.2% since January
- 72.7% increase in organic traffic
