With a solid budget, we were able to test Facebook/Instagram and Google Ads to see which drove the best traffic and, more importantly, generated qualified leads. Alongside this, we had a social media presence that focused on the surrounding area to develop an engaged community.
We found that Facebook Lead Generation ads converted at a better rate than directing people to the website, so focused on remarketing to engaged users and lookalikes across the Facebook platforms to fill the funnel with interested buyers.
Bakers Quay is a development on Gloucester Docks that includes bars, restaurants and apartments. It was the final section to be redeveloped and includes Provender Apartments – 47 luxury waterside apartments.
This approach saw us reach nearly 700,000 people in 14 months and generate 223 qualified leads for the team just from Facebook.
On top of this, display advertising saw us hit 500,000 impressions across Google Ads and enabled the Provender Apartments to sell out before Phase Two was implemented.
