The Old Granary offers high quality, self-catered accommodation in the Lincolnshire countryside. Located on a working potato farm, it is a family-run business consisting of three bespoke modern holiday cottages in a converted barn.

Challenge

To launch The Old Granary with an immersive, all-encompassing, multi-platform marketing campaign and strategy. Working closely with the client to create a complete digital presence, consisting of a brand new website, social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter & Instagram) and a full marketing plan, which included SEO, AdWords and Facebook Ads.

The challenge was to manage the marketing of The Old Granary, before training their team to do it themselves effectively.

Our Approach

We worked closely with the client, advising and listening to their wants, needs and goals, to create a digital presence that reflected their vision for the business and brand.

Our team put together, and implemented, a strategy for the lead-up to the launch, creating a Facebook, Twitter and Instagram account, building up followers with a combination of organic and paid content.

While working on the digital marketing and promotion across relevant platforms, we worked with one of our trusted web agencies to develop an attractive, seamless, fully functional website on WordPress. The website consists of content created by our SEO experts, who spoke at length with The Old Granary team to discover everything there is to know about the business and accommodation.

Once the website was launched, we drove traffic to it via organic content on the new social media channels, as well as via SEO, creative AdWords campaigns and innovative Facebook ads.

We also trained and advised the client before providing them with a detailed strategy for the subsequent months, designed to increase brand awareness and boost bookings.

Results

We gave The Old Granary a complete digital presence that has tremendously boosted brand awareness for the new business. Our creative marketing management, strategy and training has helped the client follow our great work by continuing to attract leads and bookings.

They are now receiving bookings from multiple online sources, including booking.com and their own website.
